To post or not to post...

So, I am torn about putting my story here on DA.  On one hand I've been seeing a rash of plagiarism and if Even Angels Falter gets high jacked it could compromise later publication potential.  On the other hand, I would just love to get it out there and have people read it.  Yeah, being a high paid well loved author would be AWESOME, but... what if no one wants it? I spend how many ever years it takes to complete it just to never see it get put out, or I can post it here I I write, get readers and be happy with that.
I have delusions of grandeur, where I meet Tim Burton, he loves the idea and we make movie magic together but yeah... I really don't see that happening unless I get put on a talk show and they introduce me to him...  Yeah... What do you all think?  I'm not sure how many  people actually read this thing, but it would be cool to know if any of you would read my story.  :-3 It features angels, magick, gods and goddesses, that kind of fun crap.
